Privacy Policy
AgenticlyPay (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates payment tooling and the developer console available at agenticlypay.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information of developers who sign in, use the console, or integrate our SDKs.
Information We Collect
- Authentication data: the email address and profile information supplied by Google, GitHub, or email magic-link sign-in.
- Console usage: API calls, timestamps, endpoints, and response status codes tied to the email you use in our packages.
- Payment & payout details: Square payout profile status and transaction summaries needed to reconcile earnings.
- Support communications: emails that you send to dan@danbroz.com.
- Log data: diagnostic logs from our frontend, backend, and Cloud Run infrastructure.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate you in the developer console and associate SDK calls with your account.
- Provision and maintain Square payout profiles and monthly earnings statements.
- Send required transactional emails (magic-link sign-in, payout notifications, compliance notices).
- Monitor abuse, debug issues, and improve the reliability of our services.
Sharing & Disclosure
We share data with providers that power the product, such as Square (payouts), Firebase/Firestore (authentication storage), and Google Cloud (hosting). These partners only receive the information necessary to deliver the requested service. We do not sell developer data.
Data Retention
Usage logs and payout records are retained for as long as your AgenticlyPay account remains active or as required by law for financial reporting. You may request deletion of console usage data by emailing dan@danbroz.com; certain records (e.g., payouts) may need to be retained for compliance purposes.
Security
We host the platform on Google Cloud Run, restrict service-account access to Firestore, and require encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all console and API traffic. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so please use unique credentials for your linked OAuth accounts.
